What are the opening hours of the TRS facility?
In international airports there are no set operating hours of the TRS facilities however if there is a departing international flight from the airport you are leaving from, the TRS will be open for you to make a claim.
TRS facilities at seaports are usually available between one and four hours prior to sailing. You will need to ask the shipping company the location of the TRS facility as it varies from sailing to sailing.
